Yes — that's the rated cell-level capacity, measured the same way phone battery marketing is measured (at 3.7V, before voltage conversion). Real-world usable output is always lower once the power is converted to 5V USB or 12V for jump-starting — that's basic physics, not a defect. Expect roughly 18,000 mAh of usable USB output. Every power bank on the market works this way; we just tell you upfront.

Will this work on my car?+
Yes for most petrol vehicles up to around 4.0L displacement — sedans, SUVs, bakkies (single-cab / typical), and motorcycles. It is NOT intended for trucks, large diesel engines, oversized 4x4s, or commercial vehicles. If you drive a large diesel, look at a higher-amp unit.
How long does it hold its charge?+
Fully charged, it holds a usable charge for up to 12 months of standby. We recommend topping it up every 3 months so it's ready when you actually need it — most people forget, then find a flat jump starter next to a flat car battery.
How many jump starts can I get per charge?+
Based on the supplier spec sheet, expect 15–20 jump starts per full charge on a typical petrol engine. Real-world usage depends on engine size, temperature, and how flat the vehicle battery is.
